Delivery & Transport
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, prices, photographic representations and descriptions of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the website. What you see will depend on your monitor and computer equipment, we are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchase.
At the moment we have not adjusted for delivery charges outside the UK. If you would like shipment outside, please contact us before making your purchase, as we can calculate costs and inform you accordingly. Countries outside the EEC may incur customs duty on delivery. This charge will depend on the country and you should enquire locally for more information.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, you may return or exchange goods within 7 working days of delivery, except for personalized orders. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to London Cube Co via letter or email with full details of your order. Notification by telephone is not sufficient. To arrange a collection please contact us at email@example.com or call +44 (0) 207 688 0285. You will be reimbursed to the card with which you paid for the goods once we will have received them back. Please note that your original delivery charges will not be refunded. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. London Cube Co reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition. Any goods made to a customer's own specifications, made to measure or personalised items will not be refunded unless they are proven to be faulty
All our products are carefully inspected before delivery. The buyer should also inspect carefully all items upon receipt. Claims for damage and shortages must be notified to London Cube Co within two days and written notification received within seven days. We cannot accept responsibility for the non-arrival of notification within the specified time. Failure to make such claims within the specified time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and quality thereof. London Cube Co may not accept claims for damage resulting from storage by the buyer and for damage resulting from accident, alteration or misuse after delivery. Same applies for dissatisfaction with colour, grain, veneering or texture of wood, because of natural variations which London Cube Co has no control over.
